In 2019, Ebersole opened Meshwork Press, a community-minded print shop in Pittsburgh, PA, with a two part mission: to be both a creative brand and an experimental arts space for youth.

From 2019-2024, she partnered with the Wilkinsburg and Braddock Youth Projects, leading learn-and-earn programs for high school students interested in creating positive change in their communities. She developed after-school art and design work training where youth worked on projects for local organizations, including free design assets for a food pantry, t-shirts for nonprofits, community murals, and neighborhood events.

From 2022–2024, Ebersole led free summer entrepreneurship programs supporting youth in developing their own creative businesses and brands, offering mentorship, stipends, and access to a maker space.

Her teaching centers youth voice and lived experience, working collaboratively to create spaces for creative expression, joy, and collective resistance.
